Level One (A) - Beginner - Technique 11:00 - 11:45 ($70)
• Introduction to the basic movements of Middle Eastern dance
• Unique body alignment, posture and technique.
• Isolation exercises to tone, shape and condition the body
Level One (B) / Two (A) - Beginners - Dancing 11:45 - 12:30 ($70)
Level One/B is a review to the basic movements taught in ONE/A, as well as introducing level two.
• Upper body alignment
• Frames and arm technique with lots of repeated drills and combinations.
• Smooth transitions and balance
• Posture and body alignment
• Stamina and breathing
• Additional travel steps and turns

Come and join us to a fun filled Saturday afternoon with technique classes, "Slow and Sensual"," happy hips", "
shakes and shimmies". Four weeks of fun and great workout classes as you belly dance your way to a better you.
Slow and sensual: Saturday 12:30 - 1:00 PM ($45)
This class is designed to use the basic belly dancing moves in a slow way. We will break down the moves into
bite size elements that make them easier to work with. Though these moves are slow, they are sexy and fun to
dance to. The dance moves will target the lower back, abs, hips and thighs.
Happy Hips: Saturday 1:00 - 1:30 PM ($45)
"Happy Hips!" is where we use hip drops and accents . Hip drops, rolls, and pivots of this dance form utilize
muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, back, and shoulders, working with the body instead of against it. We will
dance these core moves to fun, fast Arabic music that will get you moving no matter what!
Shakes and Shimmies: 1:30 - 2:00 PM ($45)
This is a fun class that guarantees a total body workout. The routines feature interval dancing sessions where
fast and slow Middle Eastern rhythms and resistance exercises are combined to tone and sculpt your body
while burning fat.
